Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase or 15 days from the date of a live workshop. If you are not satisfied with your course, please email us at info@bluehousewellness.com. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable workbooks, planners, or journals
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For courses or trainings that can’t be returned, we require a statement of the reason for the return. You will lose access to the materials immediately and must destroy any downloads.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
You will be refunded at the price you paid for the item.
